Besty Pharma at CPHI Shenzhen 2026: Exhibition Highlights

From September 16–18, 2026, Besty Pharma participated in CPHI Shenzhen, welcoming visitors and industry professionals at our booth in Hall 9-9I66.

The three-day exhibition gave us a valuable opportunity to meet pharmaceutical manufacturers, supplement producers, distributors, and sourcing professionals from different markets, while discussing their current excipient and functional ingredient requirements.

Connecting with Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Buyers

During the exhibition, many discussions focused on practical sourcing and formulation needs rather than simply product prices.

Visitors showed particular interest in products including:

• Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC)

• Magnesium Stearate

• Tablet Film Coating Powder

• Resistant Dextrin

• Fructooligosaccharides (FOS)

• Xylooligosaccharides (XOS)

• Other dietary fiber and food ingredients

For pharmaceutical customers, topics such as particle size, pharmacopeial specifications, COA review, direct compression, tablet coating, and sample testing were frequently discussed.

For functional food and supplement customers, conversations focused more on solubility, dietary fiber content, prebiotic applications, formulation compatibility, and regulatory documentation.

From Product Information to Application Needs

One takeaway from CPHI Shenzhen was clear: buyers increasingly expect suppliers to understand how an ingredient will perform in their actual formulation.

A product specification is only the starting point. Customers also want to know whether a specific MCC grade fits their compression process, whether a film coating system matches their tablet core, or whether a dietary fiber ingredient performs well in beverages, powders, or supplements.

These face-to-face discussions help us better understand real formulation challenges and provide more targeted samples and technical information after the exhibition.
